Terms of service
Important information and terms of service are below. All jobs are subject to agreement of these terms from beginning of works to end payment for works. They can be modified and updated at any time with latest current version always on the website.

Lawn mowing is provided as a cleanup job or a regular maintenance service as needed in up to 6 week intervals. Costs for mowing services are fixed for jobs on maintenance schedule but cleanup jobs with very long grass are billed at hourly rate if there is no agreed total quote in place. All new locations require seeing photos of job to assess size and difficulty. The green bin on site is always used unless customer asks for waste disposal and accepts the additional cost.

Hedge trimming is done as needed or can be combined with other work visits. Costs for trimming services are fixed for jobs where the layout and general conditions are already known. Garden maintenance tasks can be arranged to suit customer preferences after discussing all requirements. Costs for garden maintenance services are billed by hourly rate only due to the varied and dynamic nature of job site conditions. Terms of service
Green waste removal jobs can be arranged at any time with at least one day of advance notice. Photos of waste piles or bags contents required before collection. Costs include estimated loading time of no less than half an hour by default plus the fixed disposal costs at a local government waste dump facility used by us. Total quote is fixed once given.

Fallen leaves clean up jobs are billed by hourly rate only. Time taken greatly varies on these tasks. The green bin on site is always used unless customer asks for waste disposal and accepts the additional cost.

Tree pruning jobs are billed by hourly rate or an agreed total cost after careful inspection of work site. Photos from multiple angles of the tree/bush/etc and surrounding work area are required. The green bin on site is always used unless customer asks for waste disposal and accepts the additional cost.

Firewood cutting jobs are billed by hourly rate only. Photos showing the full extent of any timber logs or wood piles are required to determine size and complexity of tasks. The green bin on site is always used for sawdust piles unless customer asks for waste disposal and accepts the additional cost.

Weed spraying jobs are billed by hourly rate only as time greatly varies on these tasks. We only use animal safe product sprays.

Payment for all jobs is easy with cash, card, bank transfer or invoice options. If not paying in person on same day then settlement term for invoice jobs is within seven days of service date. Reminders are sent for unpaid bills. Additional actions will occur in future for any long outstanding debts.

All jobs are subject to rescheduling if adverse weather events occur before or during work activities. They will be done ASAP.
